Speed & Agility Training

Mid Penn Blaze is offering speed and agility/small group training this spring.  The training will consist of 5 sessions.  Each session will have 60 minutes of speed & agility training with 30-45 minutes of small group and stickwork training.  Session dates are Monday April 15, April 22, May 6, May 13 and May 20 from 6:00-7:30.

All training will be held at Swatara Creek Park | Directions

Specific skill focuses include:       

  • Functional Movement Evaluation and Testing
  • Proper running form
  • Forward/Backward/Lateral movement
  • Body Control and speed building
  • Injury Prevention
  • Advanced Stickwork
  • Specific 1v1 and 1v2 tactics

The cost is $120.00 and is limited to the first 16 players.  Register below.
